A call to arms. STOP ACTA NOW!
ACTA is a bill that the EU parliament want to pass. It will effectively destroy the internet as we know it.
1) Everything that has anything copyrighted in it will be made illegal on the internet, unless uploaded or used by holder of the copyright. For example: I upload a photo to facebook of me and a few friends standing next to a copyrighted poster. Illegal.
2) Internet service providers will be made to monitor every bit of data going in and out of your computer via the internet.
3) If you get caught uploading anything that has copyrighted material in it a few times, you will be banned from the internet. You may even be taken to court, fined or sent to prison.
This bill needs to be stopped and you can help.
